Why is nobody talking about Elsa Hosk's style?

Move over Kendall Jenner (umm, style icon of the decade??), some other models have stronger style weapons that completely make you forgettable. Cue, Elsa Hosk. While recently looking at street style and instagram snaps of Elsa, I noticed that she actually has developed a killer personal style. But why is nobody giving her any credit? People love to see what Gigi and Bella wear, Karlie Kloss usually makes her highlight appearance in vogue.com every once in a while, even Hailey Baldwin is receiving fashion attention for Kendall-copy looks. However, even outside of her model category, she truly shines as a style star (I even recently bought a Fendi bag because I saw her carrying one and loved the look.) She isn't a strict trend follower. I love that she carries those little quirky bags that are not necessarily popular now (like this one that I bought). She knows when to dress sexy on the red carpet, but her style really shines for more casual events. She is unique, quirky, embraces colors and patterns, and loves a good beret and statement outerwear. Her specific style is hard to pinpoint but it seems very Elsa. I can really relate to her style because I have yet to really ground my own sense of style. There are those minimalism bloggers who stick to a trousers and tee uniform or other girls who favor pretty dresses and blouses and carry the recent It-bag. I feel inspired by her style because it is not following the trends but is a projection of her own feelings and personality, which is something that I'd like to convey in my own personal style. Those are the characteristics that make a fashion icon. Being an inspiration rather than being a part of the crowd.
